Throughout the Office of Legal Services, the Florida Education Association provides member access to legal representation for all aspects of a member's professional, personal and Association activities.
The Unified Legal Service Program (ULSP) provides members appropriate legal assistance in employment-related legal proceedings. Typically, cases which involve a dispute between a member and an employer are eligible for reimbursement under the program.
The Educators Employment Liability (EEL) Program is an insurance program that protects FEA members from personal financial liability for incidents arising out of their employment.
The Attorney Referral Program (ARP) assists FEA members in obtaining personal legal services at a reduced cost. The five "core" areas include: real estate, wills and estates, domestic relations, consumer protection and traffic violations.

Attorney Referral Service
This is an NEA, FEA, AFT, and Osceola Classroom Teachers Association sponsored program that allows each member two free 1/2 hour visits per year with a participating attorney and discounted rates for work beyond that length of time.
